About 20 minutes walk from downtown Matsumoto, we enjoy an unspoilt view of the Japanese Alps from the north side of the building, and Utsugushigahara highlands from the south. On the bank of the Metoba river, we enjoy the fresh air & space in our 1st floor offices. Easy access by bus, and ample parking available. Luna International is easily accessed from all sides of town. Many students cycle here safely. About 10 minutes by car/taxi from Matsumoto station – 3 hours by train to Tokyo or Nagoya.
