We take a lot of care to meet the needs of our students whilst maintaining our own goals & standards at Luna International as a serious language school. Each class is unique, progressing at it’s own pace. Small class sizes allow personalities to be expressed & cross-cultural bonds to be made.

We do not level check young newcomers to the school. We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to observe recommended classes – free and without any obligation to join. You can have a look around the school, ask us anything you like about the classes we have to offer. We hope all observers will ‘join in’, as this helps the teacher ‘place’ you in the right level.

Kindy classes are 45 minutes short, and mums are welcome to join in the fun!
All other children’s classes are 60 minutes.
Adult classes are either 60 or 90 minutes long - you choose!

To observe any class – with no obligation whatsoever – please contact us to make an appointment. We encourage kids to ‘join in’ when they observe, as it helps the teacher assess the abilities of the observer and ‘place’ his/her level.

Adults are asked to take a pencil & paper Oxford Placement Test which takes about one hour. We have found this test to be very accurate & helps us place you in the right class quickly & easily. Once done, we can recommend the right class or classes for you to observe.

Luna International also offers Special Classes:
You will not find examples of these on this website because they are literally ‘one-offs’. If you have a particular English language learning that cannot be met be a ‘conventional’ class, we will arrange something tailored to your requirements. For example;
• Short-term, intensive classes before work or travel overseas.
• Examination preparation (although we are a Cambridge ESOL Centre, we do have considerable experience helping students achieve better grades in eg IELTS, STEP Aiken, TOEIC etc)
• Speech preparation,
• PowerPoint presentations
• Reading classes
• English for Special Purposes – what/how do you need to learn?
